What we build
One application that covers the operational week of a hospitality business: build and publish the schedule, let staff see their shifts and submit availability from their own login, split the tip pool by hours or role, and watch labor cost against revenue as the week fills up. Each business is a separate tenant with its own employees, settings, business hours, currency and locale - nothing is hardcoded to one café. Managers and employees sign in through the same login and see different applications behind it.
Who it is for
Independent restaurants, bars, cafés and small groups in Europe - typically 5 to 60 employees across one to five locations. It is built for the manager who writes the schedule on Sunday evening and the owner who wants to know what that schedule costs before it is published. It is not an enterprise workforce-management suite, and it does not try to be a POS or an accounting system: it connects to the ones you already run.
How we operate
The application and its primary data services run in the European Union (Frankfurt). Data is isolated per business at the database level, not by application code. Analytics are privacy-first: Plausible is cookieless, and Google Analytics stays fully off until a visitor allows it. We publish a Data Processing Agreement, a privacy policy and an imprint because European hospitality operators are asked for all three, and we would rather they be on the site than in an email thread.
Where things actually stand
Square and SumUp are supported today for automatic sales and card-tip sync; Lightspeed, Toast and ready2order are planned and are described as planned everywhere on this site. Revenue can be entered manually with no POS connection at all. ShiftPriority is free during the open beta until 1 October 2026, after which the Starter, Pro and Business plans apply. If a feature is not listed on this site, it does not exist yet.
