ShiftPriority brings employee scheduling, time clocks and tip distribution together for restaurants, bars and cafés. Here is how it works for your team.
Do my employees need to download an app?
No. Staff log in on any phone or tablet with their own email and password. If they want a home-screen icon, ShiftPriority installs as a web app (PWA) - no App Store, no Play Store.
Can I import my current team and schedule?
Yes. Paste a staff list or upload a photo, PDF or spreadsheet of your current schedule - AI Import reads it and drafts your team and schedule for you to review. No retyping everything by hand to get started.
Where is my team's data hosted?
The application database is hosted in Frankfurt, Germany, with access scoped to each business. Some service providers process data in other countries. Our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement describe the providers, transfers and safeguards. Optional website analytics stays off until you consent.
Which POS systems do you support?
Square and SumUp, on the Pro and Business plans: sales and card tips sync automatically. Lightspeed, Toast and ready2order are planned. Scheduling, time clocks and tip calculations also work without a POS connection.
Can ShiftPriority calculate tip distribution and payouts?
ShiftPriority calculates and documents tip distribution using your team's agreed hours, roles or custom weights. You enter the tip pool, or card tips come in from Square or SumUp, and you review the shares. Actual payment and the tax or legal treatment of tips remain your responsibility.
Will I be charged per employee?
There are no per-seat fees. Starter includes up to 30 employees; larger teams need Pro or Business, which have no employee limit. Business covers up to 3 businesses. Your price depends on the plan and billing period you choose.
How much does ShiftPriority cost?
Monthly plans cost $45 for Starter, $89 for Pro and $169 for Business in the US. In Europe, the monthly prices are €39, €79 and €149. Prices exclude applicable taxes. Checkout shows the selected billing period, currency and total before you pay.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new business gets the Business plan free for 14 days, with no credit card. After that you pick the plan that fits, and there's no lock-in.
Can I manage more than one venue?
Yes. On the Business plan you can run up to 3 venues from one account and switch between them in a click - each with its own team, schedule and settings, kept fully separate.
Can I use it in German?
Yes. ShiftPriority is available in English and German, with workplace settings for currency, timezone and the first day of the week.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel monthly or annual renewal through Billing. Access continues until the end of the paid period; cancelling stops the next renewal. The Terms of Service explain the subscription and refund conditions.
