# How we build our hospitality calculators and resources

We separate reproducible calculations, primary sources, and product claims. Every resource shows its method, review date, and limitations.

## Sources first

Legal and working-time statements link to official or primary sources. Industry figures appear only with their origin, time period, and a clear explanation of what they do and do not show.

## Formulas stay visible

Every calculator exposes its inputs, calculation steps, rounding rule, and limits. Hidden assumptions and universal target percentages do not belong in the calculation.

## Product claims are tested

We describe only product features and integrations that are available and verifiable. Square and SumUp are currently available; Lightspeed is not.

## Corrections stay traceable

We check reported errors against the source or the product. Substantive changes receive a new review date and are recorded in the SEO intervention history.
